How we started
began after the pandemic,
when our family lost our previous
business and had to start over.
Claudia, a lifelong animal lover,
decided to learn dog grooming from the
ground up.
Our first steps
Spending years apprenticing and building
her skills, becoming known for her
patient approach with even the most
reactive and anxious dogs.
As her reputation grew, clients began
asking if she could also watch their
dogs while they were away. Soon our home
was filled with visiting pups along side
our own dogs, all cared for by Oscar and
Sergio.
Before long, we realized something: we
were already caring for dozens of dogs
and had built deep trust with their
owners.
With years of hands-on experience and
certification as city animal handlers,
we decided to create a space of our own.
That's howwas born — a small, cozy
place in Gramercy where dogs can feel safe,
relaxed, and genuinely cared for
